Dear Diamond Diary....

Another bloody gorgeous week of sun, here's a look at what I’ve been styling, testing, and tinkering with in the studio and out in the world 🌞.

🧷 Quick Fix: Leather Strap Hack  

Tired of my trousers coming untucked from my boots, I reached for some old leather and belt slider buckles and made myself a set of ankle straps. It’s a tiny styling fix, but a big difference — and now I’m wondering if more could be layered just for the look? Might explore that further…

🎥 Met Gala ‘Dandy’ Styling Hits 80K  

My Met Gala-inspired look is still gaining views — now past the 80,000 mark and counting. I’d been waiting for the right moment to use that coat and I’m thrilled it’s resonating. Check it out here!

💡 Inspiration: Lettering + Leather  

I've been seeing a lot of lettering on different surfaces lately — and leather has really caught my eye. I’m interested in experimenting with hand-painted type or using stencils and old letterpress blocks. Could work beautifully on clothing… or even furniture.

📸 New Tool, New Process  

My handheld scanner finally arrived, so naturally I took it out into the sunshine to test it. I couldn’t see what I was capturing at the time (teeny screen!), so it was all a bit of a mystery — but some great textures came out. It’s early days, but this has serious potential.

🛍️ Shop Update: Pretty in Pink  

The latest drop is flying — especially the metallic shorts! But my top pick this week? A vintage suede jacket paired with a floral bag — very 90s Buffy the Vampire Slayer in the best way. Expect more soft summer colour coming soon.
