CANCELLATION POLICY
Consultations via Zoom can be rescheduled at any time. Your 'Half Day Haul' shopping day will be arranged during your Zoom consultation with Millie. Price for 'Half Day Haul' is for London. For other locations, you may be subject to additional fees. Please email hello@milliediamond.com to discuss prior to booking. In person bookings cancelled up to 24 hours before meeting time can be rescheduled. Any booking cancelled within 24 hours of meeting time will be refundable minus a fee of £100. A 'no show' on date of in person booking will be non refundable.
